About Gene:
I obtained my coaching certificate at the Department of Defense under then-president Jimmy Carter. I began my work with the DOD at the age of sixteen. Affirmative action and the upward mobility programs under Mr. Carter picked me up working summers at the San Diego Naval Supply Ctr. Senior military officers coached me to find my strengths and mentored me in management and leadership. I later went through coaching and counseling training and earned certifications. I eventually became a DOD executive and stayed thru the Reagan administration to run military complexes or base facilities with branches. I was required to provide coaching and counseling programs within each department of defense of the Navy and Marine Corps facility under my supervision within service and supply commands. What I can reveal about myself on this page will be limited due to space.
There is much more about the results of my research in our CSR for those who want to know more about me. I was a gifted child on many levels, such as memory, ESP, and other extraordinary skills like predicting the behaviors of strangers six months and more ahead of them. I tested out of calculus classes in high school for my diploma. What challenged my mind the most was why kind, harmless, and innocent people would be hurt, harmed, and even murdered worldwide. During that period, I also began understanding myself on deeper levels. I knew I wanted to learn about them and those that would harm them. It was during that time I discovered the researcher and developer in me.
Eventually, that led to developing methodologies, and as a result of that, you have a state-of-the-art holistic coaching system that is successful. Coaching is nothing new under the sun. King Salomon of the Bible counsels and informs us in the book of Proverbs, a form of coaching and counseling. Coaching others was always first on the mind of Jesus Christ. Can you see that now? Coaching has been around for centuries under various nomenclature. I updated my training with the ICF and other Internationally accredited coaching programs. I am actually in training classes now as we speak.
I had some ideas about how personal development programs can be created in the new age to yield the most effective results for a person and the environment in which they live. Undertaking various studies, research, schooling, community building, and never-ending hard work every day over the past 14 years has helped me better understand people. I've had to fall on my face a lot throughout my life, and on not one but several occasions, so brutal death was all I had left. So I chose death and attempted suicide. And, of course, I blamed myself and went into hiding until I could figure out what happened, which is what INFJ personalities do. We tend to blame ourselves for the wrong that others do.
I am perplexed by most people. I still practice love and not hate. I've realized many people only need someone to believe in them, work with them, and love them to make their lives magnificent. I learned early on that I had something special going on when people appeared to become happier after meeting and engaging with me. Come to find out, that was why. I began reading and understanding the Bible verbatim in my early 20s. As a child, I'd memorize the complete weekly TV guide to tell family members what was on every TV channel. We were eventually 12 kids and two parents, 14 people plus visiting friends or relatives coming to me for TV shows and movies, lol; I was always accurate too.
People have more power over their lives than they realize; one can be happy or happier as much as they want. It's just that many of them like to stay in familiar territory, even if that territory isn't their best life. How do you slow time down, live in calamity, or live a miserable life? How do you speed up time, live fast, and don't give a damn? Finally, how do we control time's pace to your pace and your benefit; learn all there is to know about yourself and live your calling. After learning about new coaching methodologies and testing them out, I began exploring new ways to guide people, even without them knowing. I love to make the world a better place. That is all I think about.
I feel it's my responsibility to help others see the all-powerful, glorious, and magnificent spiritual realm for what it is to conquer life in the flesh and other domains. Before that, I listened to everyone but myself and had no idea about myself. Can you believe I cannot express my emotions; I do not know how because the feelings of the individual I'm talking to too often overwhelm me. I do not know how to separate mine from theirs, so I avoid debates, conflicts, and other people. I have to leave or overload. As I matured, I became more helpful to others and learned more about myself and how the human mind works. Before that, I wanted to kill every human I saw.
You make decisions about yourself and your life from several levels within yourself, which will create challenges for you, but anything worth doing requires patience with yourself. Oh what a mess we are. In my discovery sessions, I use trained ears to listen for where a person is in their knowledge of life and for clues to contributing issues that create their concerns as I drill down to actionable plans for them to reach their first or next goal at the end of the session. I am a coach who can lead you to clarity or peace of mind and enhance your best perception and perspectives. I can show you incredible things about yourself without ever speaking a word, then take pride in seeing you become empowered by gifts you didn't know you had.
Similarly, my approach differs from other coaches in that I have a deluge of life experiences and reflections to draw from, in addition to being gifted in many ways. I am not boasting or bragging; I am truthful; it is my nature to be truthful regardless of the topic. As I analyze world conversations, I learn more, allowing me to bring even more to your life. My spiritual experience includes years of testing human belief systems like Buddhism, Yoga, Christianity, and other belief systems and comparing them for the truth of reality and how they transcribe that to the spiritual world. I left no stone unturned; that, too, is in my nature. For this, I am extraordinarily gifted, spiritually even more so than my birth as an INFJ Heyoka, people born with the gift of spiritual power. I am afraid of dying before I can show everyone this other world. If they knew it, the world would heal.
Seers, Yogis, and other spiritualists have moved past the physical world, which is more profound than coaching training. Most coaches use a worldly view and essential systemic perspectives. Understand me; that's okay. It still works, just not as thoroughly as I would like. Niche coaches, for example, a 'brand coach is a niche coach specializing in helping a start-up or other company get their brand in line with their products and image. Then help them with marketing their brand, developing their business, its presence on the business landscape, and how to present and scale it. A niche coach shows clients more about themselves and their problems, just like other coaches, by prioritizing their business, how it relates to others in the niche, and how to build on that.
On the other hand, without telling the client what can show them that would prevent them from "ever" having "this or that 'kind' of problem again. God never leaves anything incomplete, and neither do I. So I coach holistically.
After discovery, I help develop and build strategies that effectively achieve your goal by assisting you with holistic clarity. Holistic clarity is very different from the clarity people think of when they use the word transparency. The same way I did it for myself to ascend above the world's pettiness and small thinking. I had to learn how to climb for a proper relationship with the universe & God to get the results for the life I wanted. All you need to do is find the right coach, pay a few bucks, and always be there. I had it as challenging. These bodies and this consciousness are not us or who we are, and you must discover who you are; during your lifetime, part of the fun of being alive is achieving victory over your flesh.
What do you see when you look up into the night sky? When I look up at the stars at night and across the galaxy, I see life; others don't see that; they see space and glimmering stars. But I don't see it from the perspective of a creature of flesh and bone. We are very different than others here. When I say very, I mean very! Which is why I'm single. I know which other personality types fit with me, but they, too, are rare, generally less than 7% of the world population. Then I look at the unrest and suffering and wonder why people cannot see that everything is a choice, even their turmoil, and despair. When I was 30 yrs old, I look the age of 15 yrs. At 40, I looked 20; at 50, I looked 30, and so on. Can you understand what I'm telling you here? Let that sink in.
We create chaos in our lives by the choices we make. The best life coaches are very curious; many have fallen hard and learned from the experience that you cannot do it alone. Eastern Gurus, Yogis, and clerics have meditated on spiritual ascension, and I've done the same. We are profound and confounding; many people listen to us out of curiosity. However, learning to think how we think requires due diligence, and few will commit to that level of ascetics. We are spiritual creatures who've turned inward for life beyond physical boundaries and liberated our minds from physical limitations, i.e., overindulgence, the body, hate, racism, greed, lying, murder, downcasting, false ideologies, gossip, etc. We see those individuals as the actual retards of the world, lol.
There is a lot of discussion about empaths out there. The empath part of me became clear during my spiritual journey. I learned what an empath, an INFJ, a Heyoka, or a Sigma was in recent years online. My short description of a Heyoka empath is keen discernment, a unique energy signature, and a gift for reading energies and frequencies from the universe with the ability to correlate them accurately to the physical world. They can interpret the vibrations of all other types of life. We instantly know about an individual at first sight but cannot make conclusions about them. That is not fair, and sense not appropriate is a lie, and we won't lie; we can only love them and attempt to help them to a close relationship with the universe and its creators! That is why we are what we are and who we are. That is why the narcissist exists.
The rarest human in the world is a "male INFJ Heyoka," less than 1%. That's me, guys, yay. Empaths are in and of themselves the product of a kind of ascension designed for a specific purpose, but INFJs have an even higher calling. In fact, according to the Bible, once the salt of the earth is gone, it will experience destruction. There will be chaos and gnashing of teeth, it says. Use the example of bees: their purpose and design are to pollinate the landscape, keep food, and grow flowers. We are the same as your bees. Being an INFJ gives me quite an edge, but the system, the method for extracting the agreement or contract from a sometimes abstract perception a person has of what they want or who they are, fascinates me. My uniqueness provides a well-designed template to help me reach clarity and set goals that move me in any direction I choose when I choose to do it.
Furthermore, karma inhibits the mind from dwelling on its true purpose. The mine spends too much time running for the water to douse many fires that keep popping up. Instead of living life and understanding the world from a spiritual viewpoint, he needs more time to live due to a life of crisis management. We can only concentrate on one thing for a maximum of a few seconds anyway, and concentration skills are essential. Our universe is perfect, and there is no escaping its laws, be it a country, the world, or an individual. Personal development is business, art, discipline, spiritual education, creativity, and, most importantly, treating all other life as one would treat himself. It is essential to be holistic in a guidance program because those are things needed to raise oneself to a spiritual perspective from flesh and bone in a physical world.
Short of food, we should never kill anything that lives unless it is an enemy soldier during war or one's life has come under attack. In this new tech evolution of man, everyone needs to know the truth when they hear it; but some are not interested. Some choose to follow an ideology they've created from their finite mind or that of another's. This way of living is dangerous but very common among humankind. So, I asked a question; in man's history, has he always made life miserable for himself and each other over temporal reasons? My point is that everybody needs ongoing spiritual guidance or a conscientious life coach! Everybody needs coaching, guys, and you will wish everybody had one day. I cannot stress that enough. When not moving forward, we are moving backward.
Lastly, one reoccurring problem is that men betray themselves when betraying one another. I have spent a lifetime researching to isolate why we are our own worst enemy. I am not condescending to humanity. I'm just being truthful. I put off being a coach until I learned these things. You all must become the real deal to live how we like in this world with prolonged longevity simultaneously! The real deal, men and women are whole! Or else they will succeed at bringing dystopia to us. Living a lie will get you nowhere but going in circles. Helping others to change their lives is very important to me and my practice because when people are happy, the world is a better place for them and the rest of us.
About the arts section of our CSR (client/student supplemental reading/resource)
Many of my PD discoveries were by "deduction" from the information I gathered, reading tons of books, prayer and meditations, journaling about my experiences and that of other people's, then breaking it down to discover why this person or that person had that particular experience or the other. I grew up in music. I saw, like others, the immense talent all around, yet only a small number of people were happy. I knew there was something wrong with the system or something wrong with the artists working under such abusive practices. When musicians learn as they go like most do they are taken advantage of quite easily. The people whom I knew that had quote-unquote made it was not even getting their money most of the time. So, this sites CSR also responds to a need among young creative's who venture out into a cannibalistic industry to be protected with at least enough knowledge about it to have a fighting chance. Art is critical to everyone's development, but is particularly critical to Heyoka's, INFJ's, and other empaths. We are natural creatives. Entertainment business contracts will always be the part that screws an artist. In order to help, we try to answer a question the individual forgets to ask in business or the ET business.
Our lifestyle developmental questions, i.e., how do you think wealth occurs, can put your mind to task. Continual Power, Growth, and Enlightenment are what we all need for confidence, comfort, and happiness. The road to personal development, success, and power go deep into the psychologies of our make-up which is why a hard fall can get us to think right. The resulting research to understand the underlying truths about us, this world, and the human condition are also here on this website in our CSR.
I know most of you are very busy and don't have time to read. However, overall the supplemental training guide has methods for coping with the world, people, and defiling negative energies moving incognito. If the things of life were ever easy enough to write a book about and be done with, well, we all know nothing is ever easy. Look at all the books in the world now; many seekers have read most of them. Are they any happier for it? I wasn't either, so I turned to asceticism. Asceticism is "thee" life changer that beats all life changers, but you might want to talk to me, or someone first before you attempt it. The CSR is not a cure-all, but it does help anyone who gets a chance to read it. The general public is still far away from living the thinking the CSR teaches which means it can still give you quite an edge. Thousands have been helped including people you know. Remember it was conceived and started in 2008 and continually written, upgraded, and published to present day. We were among the first to break the news about CRISPR to the world years ago in the CSR.
It takes at least two people helping one nowadays for real change to occur in one's life. We cannot avoid it guys. We exists to help each other yet today's man must in the morning get up from bed to defeat feelings of hopelessness. This is not normal and is not good. Dystopia is not good. A coach can help upcoming entertainers to gauge their progress and control their experiences in this man's land of pain & desire as management tools.
The music industry is not American Idol. It is much more than that behind the scenes. And much worse. Our mission is simple: Reveal all we can that helps prepare prospective artists, leaders, creatives, execs, entrepreneurs, and the general population of men, women, and children in the world; to help them navigate the treacherous seas of their dreams, and the industries they choose to work in, including the pitfalls therein and to promote healthy growth during their life's experience. Put nihilism into the proper perspective and realize the world is a volatile place where ever we are. The more one "knows" as in "knowledge," the better he or she will be. We should not mistake Google or the idea of information to be a cure. It is only a tool. The question is, what is being done with that information to make it part of the cure?
